Going for c section Monday 2/14 @5am

This is my second son and my second pregnancy and I’m very sad it’s come to an end so soon :( I’m 37 weeks and am having my c section due to a multiple of reasons the main one being my blood pressure has sucked and has only been getting worse since I had covid at 20 weeks (I’m not saying that’s why but that’s when it started). My baby has measured small (10th percentile) the whole time almost and is only expected to be around 6lbs but I know because of my medical history growth ultrasounds are never accurate my last baby was expected to be 10lbs and was only 7lbs 2 oz so I guess we will just see. I just wish I would have taken more time to enjoy this pregnancy it just went by so fast after moving states, going to 3 dr appts a week, caring for my toddler and working part time to save for a nice maternity leave. I know after baby is here I’ll feel better but I have 32 hours left being pregnant and It’s very bittersweet as this will probably be my last pregnancy as well.
