I’m 8w2d and have been bleeding (mildly) for 3 days. I have passed a bunch of pinhead sized clots and 2 larger ones (no bigger than a quarter). No cramping, nothing more than a quarter size of blood on a pad each day. But, drops of blood when I urinate and bright red blood every time I wipe, and kind of a lot of it. Has anyone else bleed for days but not had other signs of a miscarriage (I.e pain, excessive bleeding, large clots or tissue). Could this be a miscarriage or a SCH? Can a miscarriage start mildly for days and then turn heavier and painful as must say they experience?
