Naps for 6 month old
I think my baby is already just needing 2 naps ha 3. Is this OK? She’s a sleeping machine. Her first nap is usually 2 hours— could be longer if I didn’t have to wake her up! 2nd nap is usually at least an hour. Lately I’m finding the 3rd nap is such a struggle and seems to be fine without it. I keep reading how 2 naps don’t start until like 9 months though?? Is this normal??
