Healthy chocolate covered fruit?!?!
Is there a such thing as “healthy” or even “healthier” chocolate covered fruit??
I’m on a weight loss journey and I never really used to eat chocolate covered fruits but for some reason I’m craving chocolate covered blueberries like soooo bad.
I know it’s okay to have some whether they’re healthy or not because everything is good in moderation… but if I can choose a better option, I would like to do so, you know?
Would I be better off just making my own and using a sugar free chocolate?
Wait which is better… Dark chocolate (it has a lot of antioxidants) or sugar free chocolate??
Obviously blueberries have sugar in them but I’m not worried about that sugar.. I’m worried about added sugar… are there any brands that have no added sugar??
