Hi all do you recommend any book for first time moms? One for after baby is born?

Definitely Cribsheet. I found it so helpful in explaining the actual data/research (or lack thereof) behind all the parenting recommendations for babies through preschool age. I also liked this same authors pregnancy book Expecting Better, same idea but for pregnancy. 
And Precious Little Sleep is my favorite baby sleep book. It saved my sanity in the beginning when sleep was rough.

Answer

This book explains all the different developmental leaps and when to expect them. There is an app as well that let's you know when your child is due for another leap and when they are expected to be in a fussy phase or regression.
