Can I still grow taller even though I just turned 16?

I haven’t been growing very much over a few years. I am already my mom’s height but that’s pretty short compared to others. My dad isn’t very tall either. I was thinking about supplements but my mom said it might have side effects. What should I do? Can I still grow a few inches?

After 30 I started going back down the other way 🤣. But probably reached my height at around 20 and stayed consistent.
What type of supplements? Do not play with your body. You're just growing and your body needs time. Whatever height you're meant to, let it be and don't take anything but speak with your family doctor. Listen to your mom.

Yes you can. I was the same height from 16-21. Then grew another inch or two out of no where from 21-23.

My OB says once you get your period your growth slows down a lot and usually, not always, by the time the period regulates most women will stop growing.

You could. It kinda boils down to genetics in the end though. I personally have been the same height since I was 14. I’ll be 22 this year😅
