My daughter is 19 months old, she goes down to bed at 7pm every night but I’ve noticed the last 3/4 weeks she’ll wake up screaming. I’ll only give her like 1 or 2oz and she’ll drink it and be fast asleep by the time she’s finished it. The first week I tried just leaving her to soothe herself back to sleep but it didn’t work she’ll just keep crying until I give her the couple ounces of milk and then last week I tried the same thing again and it didn’t work either she still just wants the milk. It means that she’s not getting a full nights sleep and neither am I and then because she’ll wake up maybe 2/3 times sometimes more in the night by the time breakfast rolls around she then doesn’t want to eat. I literally don’t know what to do at this point because letting her self soothe doesn’t work and giving her the milk is clearly leading to her depending on it so any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated

Also so you’re aware her sleep schedule in case that’s the problem

She’ll sleep from 7pm until anywhere between 6:30am and 7:30am

Her nap is at 12:30pm - 2pm

Oh and we sleep in the same room as I live in a mother and baby unit I don’t know if that helps
