So according to my lmp I would be 8 weeks today but took a trip to the ER for vomiting 2 days ago and was diagnosed with Hyperemesis Gravidarum. Severe morning sickness. They did an ultrasound and baby only measured 6+3 and also found a small subchorionic hemorrhage. My hcg levels for my daughter at 7+3 were 29,000. My hcg levels for this baby at 6+3 was 47,000!! I’ve had miscarriages in the past so I’m alittle worried about the hemorrhage but dr said not to worry until I follow up with OB. Any chance there could be twins with as high as my hcg levels are.? ER doc only found 1 gestational sac with 1 yolk sac and 1 baby with hr of 119 bpm. They did a pelvic ultrasound.
