Painful pelvic bone
Anyone else's pelvic bone pop when they get up from sitting, laying, or after waking up? Its happened to me twice and it seriously hurts so bad... my pelvic bone around my hips feel like it's shattered too.. I already sleep with a pillow between my legs, the belt doesn't help and my doctor won't do anything. Any other advice..?
