Trigger warning: MC and pregnancy test in comments

I need help and opinions 😯 but of a time line here.

Had a MMC at almost 11 weeks, baby stopped growing at 8 weeks.

Had D&C on 18th January 2022

Tested out HCG almost completely on cheapie strips. Last test I done was 4th February and it was the faintest line, a real squinter. Partner couldn't even see it.

8th February I got a positive digital ovulation test (2 days before it was negative)

Fast forward to today the 16th of Feb and I got this on first response. A very faint line but is it real? Is there any chance it's picking up something from old pregnancy since it's more sensitive? It's clearer in person and definitely has

colour. Or is a new pregnancy since I did get a positive ovulation test 8 days ago.
