Water leaking vs discharge

I’m 39 weeks, & the last day & half I’ve had little leaks, I’m not sure is just discharge or if my water is possibly leaking. Tmi my discharge is usually more sticky & this has been more watery. But I also know discharge can vary. This is my first pregnancy so I’ve never been through this before. I’m not having contractions but extremely crappy with lower back pain randomly. Sorry for the TMI, thanks I’m advance!
