Common Cold and Breast Swelling

I have the common cold :( and while it’s absolutely kicking my butt, I noticed a symptom I’ve never had before. My breasts are swelling. There’s no redness but they are larger than normal. I’m 11 days out from my period so I don’t think it’s PMS related. Has anybody else had these issues before?
