I started the pill about 29 days ago ( the combo one) and I’m having leg pain. I honestly can’t remember when it started. It’s been going on at least two weeks. At first I think I just ignored it because I figured it was psychosomatic. It was also happening to both legs at first and the pain wasn’t bad. I know that bc can cause blood clots and I’ve stopped taking it. In case it’s relevant I’m 15.

7 days after I started birth control I got bruises up and down my lower leg ( this is unrelated to the leg pain, like not caused by whatever is wrong) and they were green bruises so nothing awful. But I was wondering if bruising could cause a leg blood clot along with birth control?

It feels better when I walk around but sitting/ laying makes it hurt. The pain is in my knee area now.

The thing is, my mother will be very mad if I tell her that it’s been going on for a while and i didn’t let her know. I know I probably should have gone to the hospital by now, but my mother is going to be pissed.

Anyways thoughts on what this is?
