Very nervous :/
I'm only 4 weeks 4 days but i'm having severe cramps, and feel like i'm going to have the runs and I feel like I can feel my period sitting in my lower stomach. Is this a sign of miscarriage of could it be like my uterus? Second pregnancy...so I know things progress differently
