Nexplanon and Body Odor?

So after being treated for bv and tested for STDs and it coming back negative I have concluded that the smell I have is body odor. It isn't fishy it is just smelly. I also notice that my lady bits don't smell it is my under wear after sweating. I also only smell after wearing the same outfit all day long. I have noticed an increase in this scent since starting nexplanon. This is the same scent I got around the time of my period but now I am not getting my period (thank you nexplanon) but I am experiencing this scent. Anyone else experience this? Please comment!!!
