Found out I was pregnant yesterday and the doctor told me it looks like I’m approaching the 5th week. I looked at 4/5 week ultrasounds on here and some ladies already have a visible sac. I don’t want to freak myself out but am I progressing like I’m supposed to be since all we seen is my lining???

She did mark something with the cursor I’m not sure if that’s where the sac will start growing or what. I had two clomid miscarriages last year, this one natural. What do you ladies think?
