PLEASE ANSWER!! Cramps on Birth Control?

So this is my first month on birth control. I started the Sunday after my cycle, 7 days after I ended. I haven't skipped pills and I'm on the third week with 3 days left. I'm experiencing some cramping aaaand I was sick over the weekend. I didn't until now realize that diarreah for 2 days or more can lead to a missed pill, so I didn't take two pills when I was supposed to. My bf and I had sex without a condom a couple times in the same night and so I got a morning after pill, but it was on the third day. Are the cramps normal? Or should I be a little more worried? I definitely do not want a baby right now... Please help 😩
