5 month sleep regression?

We battled through our four month sleep regression but now it’s happening all over again! Anyone else going through this? Bub is super irritable, hardly sleeping at all after lunch and waking multiple times during the night.

My guy was born 5 weeks premature so his sleep/sleep regressions might affect him differently than other 5 month olds but he’s been going through a regression for over a month. He didn’t sleep well for the first 3 months of life and that was absolute torture. Then he randomly started sleeping through the nights for almost a month. Then at about 4 months he started waking 3-4 times per night and taking 30 min naps. It’s agony again but not as bad as when he was a newborn thankfully. I REALLY hope this passes, and soon.
