I slept in a bra every night from the time I was 12 to 21. That is, until last summer when I was wearing particularly less comfortable bra, it was like 90 degrees that night, and I was hot and uncomfy. In a fit of rage, I ripped the bra off, flung it across the room, and my eyes were open to the comfort and freedom of sleeping braless and I haven’t slept in one since and probably never will 😂

Before having a baby I never wore a bra, and I think I would have night terrors if I slept with one on lol

I used to HATE wearing a bra and I would take it off as soon as I got home.. that changed after getting pregnant and nursing. I’d wear a nursing bra and I didn’t like being bra-less. Now I just wear sports bras because they are more comfy

I don’t wear a bra most days. I stopped wearing a bra during the pandemic/quarantine and my boobs grew two sizes from not being suffocated lol
