7 weeks pregnant breasts no longer sore

anyone else going thru the same thing as me?? I am 7w2d and my breasts are not as large or sore and tender anymore. from week 4 until last week I couldn't even stand to touch them and they felt very full. now starting my 7th week they feel normal again not sore I can wear no bra without a problem and even my nipples aren't as large as the weeks before. last year I was pregnant and had a missed miscarriage at 8 weeks. I didn't find out until week 11 at my first ultrasound. they told me the baby stopped growing at 8 weeks. I had to get a d&e the following week. I am very scared and nervous that this may mean I am going to miscarry again. I am still pretty nauseous but again not as bad as I was last week. I got my hormone levels checked last week they said everything was fine. I have my first ultrasound next Tuesday the 22nd but now I Am a nervous wreck. can anyone relate or give me advice?!
