Leave advice
So I live in California and just was informed I can take 4 weeks pre birth off as disability. My contractor to fill in for me won’t start til I’m 38.5 weeks about. I’m feeling mostly good at this point in my pregnancy. Should I plan to leave in 2 weeks, 2.5 or just work 3 weeks and leave at 39 weeks?
