Pregnancy?

Im so confused 😐 okay so if anyone had the same situation please let me know , January 10th i took a pregnancy test randomly and it was positive that was one week before i was supposed to get my period everything was okay until the 16th i had spotting/bleeding for 2 days went to emergency they took my blood test and said my hcg was low so i'm not pregnant but then i got told usually when you go for a blood test while bleeding it's never 100% right it's february and i was supposed to get my period on the 17th and now im 4 days late could i still be pregnant or had a chemical pregnancy? im so confused i need another womens point of view on this please
