Elena for baby girl?

So I’m a huge fan of vampire diaries(watched the whole series at least 4 times) anyways, my husband and I were talking about baby names and I was playing around and said Elena and he fell in love with it and is determined to name our baby Elena if it’s a girl. Now I do think the name Elena is a very nice name but idk how I feel since I picture the character when I hear the name and because everyone knows I’m a huge fan. So I guess what I’m getting at, is it weird to give your a kid a name from the main character of your favorite show? Lol
