I gave birth 9/24/21. I was bleeding for about 5 weeks. A week after my 6 week checkup i got the 3 month birth control shot, and i bled the whole time. I decided against getting it again and i was due for a new one 2/6/22. I got my period 2 weeks ago for 15 days. Then i had 2 days off, and now bleeding heavily again. I had a c-section birth. Is everything okay? I get dizzy/light headed, bleeding very heavy, in pain constantly. Should I schedule an appointment with my OBGYN? I do not want any birth control though, i am sexually active with condoms

Please help, what should i do?
