Stared period after 2 years

I got my period I feel like that 11 year old girl again 🥺

Backstory:

I haven’t had a period in almost 2years my last period was in March 2020 when I got pregnant with my daughter I had her January 2021 got on iud 6weeks later haven’t had a period since as of Friday I started bleeding cramps, headache, and really hungry

I’m bit scared like did I knock something loose 😩

Now that it return should I go to doctors?
