Positive?

So I had a miscarriage on January 16th at 20 weeks. I had my blood drawn on February 17 and it was 2, which is not pregnant. Well I took a test just now and it’s a faint line.. is this a new pregnancy?

Took this one random today with a random urine.. you can barely see it but it’s there right?
