pregnant or maybe a cyst?

i had sex january 23, i was supposed to start my period 11 days ago but i haven’t. i don’t think i could be pregnant bc he didn’t finish inside me but there’s ALWAYS a chance. but i waited at least 2 and a half to 3 weeks before taking a test and when i did they were all negative (i tried different brands) i’ve been bloated but not much and i’ve been having random sharp pains on my left side, like where my ovary could be, and very mild cramps. if anyone has had this happen before let me know. also i’m pretty sure i’m definitely border line hypochondriac so don’t scare me lol
