When TTC how do you know if what you gave us CM or just semen from sex the day before?🥴

Answer

When you get more familiar with looking at your cm, it will usually be more clear to you what it is. It is of course possible there’s a mix of both. Your body is designed to flush out bacteria down there which is part of what cm is, so it could be cm mixed with semen.
