I am broken

Currently 6 weeks pregnant. ( if I still even am) I’ve been having brown spotting every day since last week. The doctors did an ultrasound and said things looked fine. HCG looked fine as well. I just don’t believe them. There has to be something wrong. Im supposed to go next week to check on development and see if there’s a heartbeat. Every freaking story I read on here is not positive about consistent brown bleeding. I just want to throw up. This waiting game is killing me.
