Hey everyone,

Has anyone tried to hand express colostrum? I struggled with milk supply with my first so my OB is encouraging me to try to hand express now to practice to hopefully build my milk supply this time around so I may be more successful. I've watched so many YouTube videos and will try to relax and sit and do it for 10-15 mins per breast with not one drop. Can anyone give me tips?
