left pelvic pain

i am on cd 23 and had an hcg5000 injection on cd 8.. last night, i had left side pelvic pain starting dull and then getting really severe raditating to back as well.. today pain in left leg since i got up in the morning and left pelvic pain only on moving but very dull..

any idea what it is?

i so badly want to be implantation, TTC from last 7 months.
