Breastfeeding latch

Help! I just had my baby on 2/18 and originally he was breastfeeding great! Yesterday everything seemed to flip. He is latching, but will fall asleep easy/ will only stay to breast about 5 minutes in each side. He is also spiting up after feedings now

:( however he is still having about 6 wet diapers and about 5-6 poops and they’re yellow and seedy. I have an appointment tomorrow for a weight check but I feel like I’m going crazy and he isn’t getting enough milk.
