Uterus Contracting
Went for a check up been under stress. 26 weeks pregnant. I need to start relaxing as my uterus is contacting, which bumps up on the placenta causes spotting or slight bleeding!
Any one else had this, and tips to relax? My dad has just gone through heart surgery so been very stressed. Gyne said baby is fine I need to calm down. 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
