UTI scared to have sex

got my first UTI and it has been such a pain both literally and figuratively (getting urgent care appointments and antibiotics). It seriously disrupted my daily life. Now i’m scared to have sex ever again, especially since I got a UTI a month into having sex - for the first time ever. I try to pee after sex as much as I can (though sometimes the bladder is just empty) and shower daily. I looked it up and there’s not even a sure fire way to prevent UTIs. I don’t ever want to experience this again, and I feel so shitty. Anyone have advice on how to deal with this fear????
