How do you introduce new foods to baby?
Meats, vegetables, fruit, etc. Do you do one single food item for 5-7 days or so? Seems like it would take forever for my baby to try everything! Can my baby have pasta with tomato sauce for example that has garlic, onions, basil etc.? Or broccoli, apricots, etc.? Without trying each on their own for a few days? Or are you just supposed to try common allergens like eggs, peanuts, dairy, etc. for 5-7 days? And not other foods that aren’t common allergens?
