Im not sure what to do i Have an Upcoming appointment with my Dr but I’m Wondering if Y’all have any ideas for me to possibly bring up to her

I had a Girl in 2013, waited a fee years by choice (condoms and withdrawal as BC) then had a Boy in 2016 after a couple months of trying No Problems with either pregnancy

In April 2019 i noticed i had a thyroid Nodule they removed that along with the left half of my thyroid and my levels remained normal i don’t need medication i had a 8 week miscarriage in July Had my thyroid removed in September

The following july 2020 got pregnant again and had another 8 week miscarriage in august

Ive been to the Dr had bloodwork and labs they confirmed my egg health is good and I ovulate Husbands semen analysis came back good with slightly low motility but he’s implementing healthier choices and doing what he can to help that (dr says shes not concerned with that)

I was told to try the old fashioned way (tracking, opks) and when i get pregnant She will give me progesterone and take early bloodwork

Been trying for a year without success other than two chemical pregnancies (i took early tests that cake back positive by the time i got in within a day or two i was negative and my period followed)

I also had surgery for a bowel obstruction in 2019 i had a bowel reduction but the surgery went without a hitch

All my test come back good I’m 27 in great health i have an active sex life

Dr suggested an <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> but artificial insemination is against my Beliefs (You do you please dont come at me for this i dont blame anyone who does it i just can’t justify it with myself because i have two kids already) Wont start me on Clomid? Unless i agree to it

Im wondering if i have other options i could suggest?, Progesterone Before i get a positive test to help these Babies hold on?
