head cold

hi all! i’m currently around 5w3d pregnant with baby #2! 🥰. the last couple days i’ve had severe congestion / sneezy .i’m been using saline spray and hot tea to help ease my symptoms but of course that doesn’t do much. i googled a bit and saw this is a common early pregnancy symptom- that isn’t really a head cold / pressure change issue but hormonal fluctuations . any one else in the same boat or had same thing happen to them? i of course worry it’s a cold and will cause a fever and issues . thanks for any input !
