Breast lift/reduction on the NHS advice?

Do the nhs give breast reductions for medical reasons?

I have really big boobs and I'm always having back aches. They are actually very saggy and I'm only 26. No matter what bra I buy they always come out of the bottom as being heavy and saggy.

I fucking hate them. They cause a lot of grief and I'm always on pain killers for the pain. They are too heavy. I can't breastfeed my baby anymore because they are so saggy they flop around his mouth and he can't get a wide latch or grip. I can't deal with this anymoreX any kind suggestions???
