Food ideas
Okay, so I still clearly have some food aversion. I eat decently well and when I do force myself to eat something that "doesnt sound good" I will gag but not vomit, but I start feeling queasy and just stop. It is leaving me feeling a little shaky of late so I need some more snack ideas. I currently snack on almonds, chocolate nut bars, jerky, and some candy periodically. I am gluten free and lactose intolerant so some healthy alternatives would be appreciated!!
