Depending on how far along you were when you had an abortion it could still be showing you have minor HCG levels , I had a miscarriage a few months ago and still had pregnancy symptoms and a positive test 6 weeks after it , some peoples body’s take longer to go back to normal with hormones- I would check with your doctor though get bloods done that will tell you if your pregnant or not from HCG levels if they high or low

Test again in a couple days if still positive.  Go see your doctor and go from there. If you aren't on birth control or can't be for any reason. You should learn about Fertility Awareness Method also call Family Planning, it's a natural birth control. Where you learn about you're body and all the signs of your cycle and when would be best time to use extra protection or avoid sex. Hope everything works out for you. If done right it's 99% affect, can be hard if you have a irregular cycle but isn't impossible to do. Can take a few months to understand your cycle either way.
