Stomach issues

Has anyone here ever felt a very fast heart-beat like pulse in their stomach? This is the first time it’s happened to me. I know we have a pulse in our stomach, and I’ve felt it before slowly but today it was extremely fast, on & off. It was in one spot too. Should I be worried?

(SN- I already had an upset stomach and had to take zofran before this weird fast pulsing feeling happened. I’m extremely lactose intolerant and I made a dumb decision by having yogurt. Don’t shame me I was starving lol.. the whole day I was thrown off, I had usual side effects but the fast pulsing feeling in my stomach was very new)
