Can I lose my job for getting pregnant?

So I started a new job 2/12/22 I didn’t know I was pregnant at the time I wasn’t trying and was on the pill. My job requires lifting heavy things like tvs, furniture, cases of food/water, etc. I had a miscarriage back in December and I really don’t wanna lose this baby as well but I also have a son and if I lose this job I’ll have no way to support me or my children. I told my manager about it and asked if I could switch departments or be put on light duty but she said she would have to talk to her boss but she didn’t sound hopeful and started saying how I was just temporary even though she had previously told me after my 90 days I would be made full time. My question is can I be fired for getting pregnant?
