Uti treatment question

I am seeing how things continue over the weekend, then calling the doctor, but has anyone been given amoxicillin to treat a uti cause by group strep b???

It’s weird because it seems to help a little… but then I have times of the day where I have pain in my pelvic area and when going to the bathroom. I’m on day 3 of 7 for the antibiotic. 🤔 maybe it just needs more time?? I’ve been dealing with symptoms for a couple of weeks now and I’m just worried about it not getting treated properly/affecting baby
