Venting
Hello, I’ve had anxiety for years and I didn’t pay it any mind it wasn’t as bad as now I’m always doubting myself and worrying myself . For example, I just got a car but days prior i stressed myself all day about it I thought about all day and couldn’t get it off of my mind ! I take my drivers test on Monday and my nerves get the best of me each time . I’m a good driver but the thought of someone grading me and the possibility of failing spikes my anxiety. I want to be able to calm down for my test and relax but it’s easier said than done ! My mom told me to take yogi stress relief tea and it would calm me , has anyone taken it ? I also had severe postpartum depression so I’m just trying to get my life back on track! Tips to help me calm down for my test if any?
