Maca superfood
Hi Ladies,
So I've recently started adding Maca to my smoothies. It has a very wild taste but is apparently really good for you.
It has balanced out my hormones, I do feel more even-keeled, but I've notcied I've gained weight.Not doing anything different same workout routine same diet.
Anyone experienced the same?
