Sister assaulted me

My sister assaulted me last night. Tried kneeing me in the stomach several times, slapping my face, dragging me by pulling my hair, shoving me down, kicking me. I’m 14 weeks pregnant with twins and she did this last night. I am a bit sore everywhere but I do not have any cramping , no bleeding and my stomach area doesn’t feel that sore compared to my back my arms and my neck and face that took most of the blows. She said if I miscarry it’s my own fault. I didn’t call the cops last night because this was at my grandmas house and my grandma told me not to. I want her arrested for battery on a pregnant woman because what she did is the lowest thing you can do. Also I really want a sono to check on my babies even if my area doesn’t hurt I still worry. What should I do I’m pretty conflicted right now.
