Name opinions?

Question

We had officially (privately) decided on the name Mae for our little girl the day before friends of ours had their baby and named her Maelah. So we have decided we need to switch gears. We like old fashioked names that are not as common but people have still heard of before lol. Her older sister is Iris. I have an Oliver and love the name but after we used it it seems like there's Oliver's EVERYWHERE and that not my fav you know? 
Wondering what you think about the name Lucy. Does it feel like there's already a bunch of little Lucys  running around? 
We also like the name Cecelia but it doesn't fit *quite* as well with the rest of the names in our family and I feel like if I'm constantly saying Iris and Cece people are going to think we have a lisp 😂 but like I said I don't want a little Lucy to feel like shes 1 of a million others. 
Like Jessica and Becky and Michelle and Kim of our generation lol

I don’t think you need to worry too much about it being a “Jessica/Ashley/Samantha (my name, there were 3 in my tiny country school class growing up)” situation - there are so many unique names out there it seems it would be quite rare to see that happening these days. If you love it and aren’t worried about it being “unique” or “different,” I don’t think you’ll be doing your child a disservice whatsoever! I’m sure she will come across others, but likely not to the extent you’re worried about. This coming from “Sammy S” 😖😖 who despised being 1 of 3 lol

With the recent I love Lucy movie “Living with the Ricardo’s” I don’t know if the name Lucy will once again become popular. I’d choose a name that speaks to you and your husband over the expectation of her being the only one in the world with it

What about Mabry? Still can call her Mae as a nickname.. still unique and has old fashioned vibes. 
For what it’s worth- you kid is going to have their name forever. I personally think right before the baby is both your tell your friend you had the name picked out already and keep your original name.

My husband and I decided if I was having a girl, we are having a boy, we would’ve used either Nicolette or Suzanne, both are family names. My daughters name is Sadie Elaine, my sons name will be Nicholas Gene. We want all family names. But you’re welcome to use either of those if you like them! 😂 I think Cecelia is such a pretty name
