am i overthinking?

i'm 15 weeks pregnant and had a cerclage done earlier this week, afterwards i noticed when i got up once i had feeling back the pad underneath me was wet and so was my gown, the nurse didn't say anything about it or anything and my doctor told me that he also cleans the inside after the procedure so maybe it was just water leaking from that but it was a huge water mark on the pad they had down. i haven't noticed any leaking or anything since my procedure but i feel like my stomach is smaller? when i would eat my bloat would get so big since it's my second pregnancy and now i've noticed it's not as big and i've also had a pressure feeling in my pelvic area where i can feel it bulge when i lay down and it'll go away. i had a loss in the second trimester previously so my anxiety is just super high and i know when amniotic fluid leaks it usually doesn't just stop leaking but my anxiety is so high right now i'm getting into my own head about it. i'm going to call monday and see if they will check to make sure baby is okay but i just need some reassurance i guess that i'm being paranoid
