Exercise?

My husband and I have been TTC since April with no luck. I have been tracking everything and making sure to baby dance whenever possible/fertile week. I read this weekend that if you are TTC that you shouldn't be working out heavily. I do a 30-45 minute workout with weights 4 days a week. The article that I read said that I should only be walking and doing cardio while TTC. Any thoughts/advice?
