So much hair loss after coming off pill, PLEASE help 😓
I came off my birth control 4 months ago and so much of my hair is coming out, I am losing so much and it’s making me so upset. Therefore I started the pill again last week just because I couldn’t deal with the hair loss. Does anyone have any tips on getting it to grow back? And how long it will take to stop falling out now I’ve gone back on the pill? I feel so insecure
